Dear Mr. /Mrs.
This is with regard to the hiring of fresh employees into our organization. The placement and all other modes of hiring freshers are put to halt after the recent financial crisis and economic meltdown.

The company is forced to stop the new entries due to losses occurred in budget of and loss of clients in the recent times. The management expects all the departments to put in full use the current strength and the make the best use of the current human strength and resources.

The human resources department is issued the following guidelines in this regard.
1. To stop/alt all the requirements
2. No new entries are to be entertained.
3. To continuously check the progress of employees.

All HR’s are requested to submit their report to the management within 5 days.

The management hopes all the employees to work within the best of capabilities.
