fundraising event for needy people in the form of an Art Exhibition

This letter is written to invite people for exhibition held by charity homes to encourage talents of these orphans and homeless to many entrepreneurs and business men who show interest in raising funds in such charities.

Dear Mrs. Hell,
We have organized a fundraising event for needy people in the form of an Art Exhibition. This exhibition will be held on a State Level where all these orphans will show their talent in different manner. This event is going to be a big success and most of well known entrepreneurs and business man are being invited for this campaign.
This campaign is going to be held on 23rd June at our City Centre. The time and the program list will be mailed to you later. We as a management have decided a good amount of revenue for the betterment of needy. This will definitely help the orphans at a big scale and can fulfill maximum requirements whenever in need.
Do accept our invitation and please make sure that you give your presence on that very day. Please confirm you’re presence on our mailing address.
